Giggles

Nice lazy start to the day and thought I would treat myself and the offspring to pain au chocolats in bed. 

It was lovely and gave me time for the Sunday morning ritual of blip, brew and classic FM.

We wandered into mid-morning and got m’boy shorn. He looks very smart with his new skin fade and hopefully it will be ages before it needs doing again! We were hoping for a hot chocolate with my parents, but this blip has clearly been spread far too wide as the place was packed and we couldn’t find enough seats for us all, so we got ours to go.

Following a toastie lunch, my Executive Assistant (The Youngest) and I headed off down to rehearsal, which was tremendous fun! The costumes and wigs are coming thick and fast (extra), and we’re getting into some more detailed scene work. Whilst this may sound a little pretentious, some of the mayhem that unfolds is actually choreographed!

The Youngest didn’t see me don this particular hair piece and and got a massive fit of the giggles, which I was delighted to capture.

Back home and the friendbours came round to watch the Chelsea v Arsenal match and we finished up with a bangers n mash tea. It was only when they left for home that we realised a mist had descended upon the auld grey town (extra).

A very fun and sociable weekend!
