Here comes the sun.

At last!
The forecast was right. We do appreciate sunshine after so many dismal days.
This was the beautiful sunrise this morning.

A whirlybird full of washing. Almost dry when I picked it in. Unfortunately our garden doesn’t get any sun at this time of year.
However the other side of the house ( which looks over next door’s garden) is always warm when the sun shines through our large windows.

I spent some time in the garden. Tidying up, sweeping up the leaves and moving the smaller pots as our patio cleaners are coming tomorrow. Fortunately they will move the larger pots and put them back when they have finished.

Now off to get ready for our wine club evening tonight. Taxi ordered for 6.45 pm. Hoping James will bring
some better wines than last year. At least we know the meal will be good at Healds Hall, and it will be nice to catchup with friends we haven’t seen for a few months.
