The start of a new week and the rollercoaster starts again. 
Pilates; slow and hard but good 
Walked along to Aldi, the water was very blue and the wildlife were out and about. 
I stopped to take a photo of the cormorant and there was an Australian family watching it. They asked what the bird was called and why it was standing like that. Then the little boy said maybe it's waiting for a hug!
