Tuesday

Had an awful time trying to sleep last night, my back was agony. Ended up sitting up in bed, cushions all round me and my hot water bottle at my back. 
Hard to get up this morning. Round to a friends for breakfast and chat, or me trying to chat, just hard to chat about my weeks just now. 
Back for lunch then to mums to drop off a few things I had click and collected for her. 
That was too much for the day, two peopley interactions and that has overwhelmed me. 
Agitated when I got home. Saw the moon rising so tried to get  a decent shot out of my kitchen window. Failed really, need a bigger zoom.
