Mum

Mum, a month short of her 99th birthday, seemed fuller and healthier than when I last saw her end Sept/beginning October. She has been assessed by social services as now in need of 24 hour care, so various care homes are coming in to check if she would be a good fit for their places. I will be in attendance at one of the interviews tomorrow at 11am to try and help her present her true jovial side…confinement in hospital has made her a little stroppy sometimes, and she is not yet really willing to leave her own home yet. However, it is now a safety and social-contact matter for her overall wellbeing.
