Edinburgh Castle

I didn’t have the energy for a run this morning, so went for a walk instead. It was another grey-ish morning, but very still, and milder than yesterday. I was quite time limited as I had to get home, and then get ready to head into Edinburgh to meet friends for lunch.

We were cutting it a bit fine, so I walked down to the bus stop on my own. The boys were supposed to be behind me. I’m not sure what happened, but they went to a different bus stop as they were really running late. We needn’t have worried as the bus was running about 25 minutes late!!

We eventually got into Edinburgh, and eventually met up with our friends. We had a lovely catch up, then they all departed for Murrayfield. I went for a wee wander taking in some back streets, ending up in Stockbridge. I made my way back up to Princes Street and got the bus home.

I wasn’t sure when TT would’ve home, so sorted out a snack for myself and the watched a couple of episodes of Slow Horses.

I should really have got myself organised for tomorrow morning, but that will have to g happen in the morning!

The sun appeared this afternoon, and lit up the Castle. It was so nice to see blue sky again!
