Notes: I called Earth Fare before they opened and was able to get thru - said they had plenty of filets so Lizzy and I headed there ... gray and gloomy looking (still my fave!). I got the whole grass-fed tenderloin and had them cut, was over 5 lbs total for just $13.99/lb! Also got a bit more of the beef bacon and another carton of yogurt. Lots of traffic on way back but went pretty smooth. Was ~845a and decided to sit in Aldi lot and wait (Lizzy is so sweet and patient). I checked a few things there then and only got 2 pomegranates (they were $0.99 ea today!!). Tiny Lizzy head watching out the window for me to return - I love her so much! Back for coffee and putting food away and then got ready for a phone meeting w/ Michelle Dion @ 10a - went well, about 40 min. Worked for a couple hrs on Michelle's stuff and ordered some GreenPan pans for Mom thru Amazon and then took Lizzy for the long walk, bathing her and then taking a shower myself. Cut up one of the pomegranates - good and fresh!, fed Lizzy, and then made some stuff for me - have a new cold-sear method for steaks and this time used the grill carbon steel pan - they came out good! Ate a little and froze the rest for the road later this week. Did a big load of Lizzy's beds, towels, blankets, etc. Also starting to pick up and move stuff back to the guest bedroom - can't believe it's my last full day with just Lizzy! Gonna be really sad to leave her! Did some more prepping the turkey meatloaf (w/ sundried tomatoes and goat cheese) and stuff around the house in the evening to make tomorrow a bit more manageable. Also listened twice to an Amanda Lorence video - was really good. Lizzy kept looking out the door a lot in the evening.
