I sorted out the flowers I’ve received, the other day, sitting at the dining table where Stephen laid a plastic cloth.
I found it very relaxing.
I took them out of their various vases to discard those which were fading and save those which were still going strong. Cutting the stems back and replacing them into their receptacles which had clean water.
I put the sunflower into a separate vase, which was bought in a charity shop a couple of years back.
A quieter day today after yesterday’s activity! (Which was followed by a night with not a lot of sleep). Frustrating when that happens!
Bake Off tonight!
