The Long View………

………..on the way home from a lovely lunch at our favourite pub, The Bull, at Shenstone.
A lovely sunny morning.
A relaxing night’s sleep, punctuated by a mug of tea at 3:00am from a flask by the bedside.
Morning ablutions finished, I did some Physio exercises.
The light starts to fade around 3:15pm and it was dark by 4:30pm
Lamps are now lit,
Soup and homemade bread for tea.
Making progress a day at a time.
