Firstly, a big big thank you for all the kind, supportive and encouraging comments yesterday. I'm not a fan of thinking "what if", too many people don't make brave choices and live with regrets... I believe you should never settle for less than best, so....

Days out with Dave can often be epic, he really wants to extract the full value of every minute, just one of the many reasons I love him. 
But... I'm fitter than I've been in a decade, and today we were much more in my element than his, so we had a fast but leisurely loop of a classic scramble, a bit of an explore and a lazy lunch in the sun replenishing our vitamin D. 
Some elements of this year have been really hideous - I so nearly fell back down into the dark again. Thankfully many of my friends have really stepped up, been there, gone the extra yard - reminded me what love really is. Some days I lose sight of that. I'm immensely glad of the days like today that remind me there are still so many reasons to love life.
