A job to be done
A touch of frost this morning but a beautiful sunny day.
The large Magnolia Soulangia has dropped most of it’s leaves as you can see in the top left hand picture. I started using the small garden bag but it wasn’t big enough, so had to start on a big bag. No matter as you can see the smaller Magnolia Susan still has most if it’s leaves to drop. In the lower left picture you can see I’ve got quite a lot of them bagged. In the bed below the trees some of the earliest Spring bulbs appear so I like it to be reasonably clear.
I had a little helper in the garden too. He was flitting around on the ground and in the tree and as I had my phone in my back pocket I was able to get a half decent quick snap. I love it when a Robin comes to investigate what you are doing.
Got another lot of washing out and then came in to iron yesterdays’s wash and have a coffee.
Posting a bit earlier than usual as I have the dentist this afternoon. It was supposed to be last month but they postponed it!
Will then join Chris and friends for an early doors drink at the village pub.
