Coffee and cake

I have 45 minutes to wait while hubby has his music lessons on Wednesdays and fortunately there is a lovely coffee shop nearby.. Sometimes I over indulge in a treat, like this delicious cheese cake served with a caramel sauce!!
This afternoon I took Coda to the vet for her annual inoculations, and injection for the itch that irritates her. To my horror she has gained 6kgs in weight so she is back on her (expensive) reduced calorie diet, with no treats allowed, and extra exercise to be undertaken. We have to keep her weight under control; with her history of torn cartilage surgery and arthritis,  Poor Coda, only carrots for treats!!
