Marshmallow surprise

Where did time go today? It's late and I didn't take any photos, so here is a photo of the prize I won at golf this week. All the ingredients are measured and packed to make these marshmallows, with a pretty platter to serve them on!  I've never thought of making marshmallows, so this will be interesting.
