Sadly derelict

This morning I went to belly dancing in Ellesmere.  While I was in the town I photographed the beautiful but derelict gatehouse of Oteley Estate.  The 2,000 acre estate appears to be thriving raising and selling theirown free range beef, lamb and pork and is a venue for weddings and other events.

It's sad to see such a beautiful old and characterful building allowed to deteriorate so much.
