Christmas lights ALREADY?

My husband said tonight was the perfect time to get the Christmas lights ready for the balcony railings.  I thought he was mad when he put them up on November 20th in 2022, but now it is November 13th! Surely he's lost his mind completely.... we have a rule, remember:
No decorations until the first Sunday of Advent!
