Went to upholstery class this morning. Got the seat fabric matched up and attached. I did have some time to start on the outside back but thats going to be tricky to match with the i side back so decided to leave it until first thing next week. There are two more sessions left so I should easily finish it.
Got home, tidied up and went to catch the buses up to the eye hospital. It took far less time than I expected so popped into B and Q snd Boots on the nearly retail park. I was still 20 minutes early but was called in very quickly and all finished in 45 minutes ( had been told it would be 90-120 minutes). That meant I had to wait 20 minutes or so so for my lift home. Very little discomfort through the evening- didn’t need to take painkillers, and my eye wasn’t bloodshot as was likely. Hopefully recovery will continue to go well!
It was a beautiful sunny day- shame I was inside for most of it!
