Pentaglottis sempervirens


I noticed that the alkanet is still flowering when I walked over to Kings Park on Monday. Today I walked past it again and thought I must record it. 


I gave lengthening and strengthening yoga a miss this morning. I had a hopeless night's sleep and the class starts at 09:00 in the town. I decided to be kind to myself and not rush. But I was sorry not to be there. I had a meeting in the town anyway, at 10:30,  with a couple of my fellow trustees. Some progress made. Had a walk with Flora thereafter in the beautiful weather. A perfect autumn day again. Called in to the library and came home. 

I've now added an extra of the almost full moon rising in a glowing red sky.
