Banana cakes!

Today Violet spent the day with us as she was far from  100% but I decided that late afternoon she was well enough to assist me with some baking.  Together we made 2 banana cakes, one of which she was able to take home with her.  They did taste very nice and made good use of our leftover bananas which had blackened skins and very squashy interiors!
