Despite my side and hip pain, I had a pretty decent night's sleep.

My team was up in front of a judging panel this morning, for the UK Excellence Award Best Team category. We had plenty of prep time to master our presentation. We only had 10 minutes, so timing was crucial. A few tweaks and we got there. The judging seemed to go well and we'll find out tomorrow as to whether we are finalists for the ceremony in March next year at Wembley.

Went for a lovely power ramble then in the sun. It was a lovely autumnal day.

A quiet afternoon.
