Busy as always but low on achievements! I did, however, book a haircut for Ben which is a pretty big deal. He currently has his lovely blond bob but he needs parental help to wash and care for it (and still often looks scruffy and unkempt!) so if we’re looking at using respite options for him more and thinking to his independence long term, he needs something that can be cared for more easily. He’s also been complaining about hair getting in his face, so I think it’s time for a change. It’s going to be quite a wrench to say goodbye though, for me even if not for him! So far he’s just excited and looking at photos telling everyone that ‘that’s my new hair’! It’s booked for Wednesday next week, so fingers crossed!!
