Working
Thinking it was time to really put my nose to the grindstone, my shoulder to the wheel, my foot to the pedal, and get this ropey knee back to full, well, I wouldn't go so far to say fitness, I sorted out the puncture on the front wheel, filled the tyres and cycled a full one mile to the harbour. Thing is, the pedalling uses precisely the whatever it is that I hurt in the first place so the mile was just a test. Painless or not? Actually, it was OK. So a wee sit in the sun, brew a coffee and then back.
After a wee sit (maybe it's too much sitting) it was off to collect Ewan from the bus and head to Glasgow for The Howl and the Hum at King Tut's. Mostly enjoyable apart from the terrible support band and diversions on the way home which nearly made me too late for last orders at The Ship.
