Hello! I don’t seem to remember to blip these days as life often runs away with me. Also I forget to take photos! However today I was in Crawfordsburn Country Park and everywhere I looked it was beautifully scenic.

My pal SJ recently lost her beloved dog, but she’s still really good about doing long morning walks. I joined her today and walked about ten times further than my usual ramblings! It was a beautiful morning and we both appreciated being retired and being able to escape to such a gorgeous spot in the middle of the week.

I really must get myself out for longer walks to add to my weekly Pilates classes. No1 Peanut says that I definitely need to add cardio to my stretching! That would also give me more opportunity to take photos, so…..
