IT'S FLOWER FRIDAY

It IS Flower Friday and I have no idea what this is.  Somehow, Clematis comes to mind but I'm unsure.  What I am sure about is that out there in Blipville someone will know and will either corroborate or correct me.

We had a pretty good frost two days ago yet this hardy plant seems to have survived.  Tough little plant clinging to the trellis on the neighbor's garage.
