BLIPMEET

Another poor nights sleep but I felt OK when I got up.  I was up earlier than usual as I was heading off to Newcastle to meet fellow blippers Pat and Chris - and Chris's husband Roy-  at 11am.

We met at St Nicholas Cathedral and went inside to the cafe there.  Coffee and snacks were consumed ( I only had a coffee --- although the food the others had looked very tempting ) We had a lovely catch up.  Always good to see these three friends in person.

After we left the Cathedral we walked up into town to look at Fenwicks window.  Fenwicks is a large department store and they always have a special window display for Christmas with a different theme every year.  This year its The Twelve Days Of Christmas.  Ive added an Extra of some of the displays.  Photos aren't very good as there are too many reflections. Pat and Chris are in my blipshot - unfortunately I didn't get Roy in the shot as he was off doing an errand.  Then we went our separate ways.  If you check out  PAT'S BLIP and CHRIS'S BLIP  you can see some more photos of us.

I popped into the indoor market for some fruit and then to Tesco for the rest of my shopping before catching my bus home.

Had a bit of a rest and watched TV for a bit and then I put on a load of washing.  Next I had a rummage in some boxes in the spare room sorting through my winter hats, gloves and scarves and putting some of them in my bedroom - ready for the snowy weather which is forecast for next week.  Fingers crossed the forecast is wrong and I wont need them.
