Stonehenge

Today we had the opportunity to visit Stonehenge again. Some will recall we came in August. Last time we arrived as it opened, but after a long drive from Hoddesdon today we couldn’t pass up an opportunity for a late afternoon visit, with a beautiful sunset on offer. We are getting the maximum possible benefit from our English Heritage membership! 2 trips to this particular monument for 2 of us just about covers the annual membership!

Lucky to be put up by Rod tonight. Tomorrow we are visiting Street for retail therapy (Christmas shopping - well, we need to start some time soon!) Then back to Rod’s before heading home Sunday.
