Christmas cake

Friday
It was a cool grey day today, so a good morning to stay home and make the Christmas cake, while listening to Handel’s Messiah in the background! While it was cooking slowly in the afternoon, we both got out for a swim at the Fitness centre - 44 lengths today. This evening we went out to eat at Bonefish Grill, and enjoyed an excellent meal. Now I’m going to settle down to do some knitting.
