Dam Dinghy

There are lots of pretty farm dams and reservoirs in the Hartley Valley. Some feature little boats and even small jetties. I suppose children can play in them but mostly I think this trend is simply to offer a moment of visual diversion for passers by. I thought that this one looked especially attractive in the gentle morning light.
