Can you guess what this is??

As I have posted before there are some old historical homes in my neighborhood. Some dating back to the 1700’s. Many of them are kept up nicely and with the integrity of the time they were built, some not as well. My main photo, in case you haven’t guessed, is of an outhouse. The house it belongs to is in the extras. The original owner of the house was Daniel Hawkins and built in 1810. I believe it now belongs to the historical society and they were fundraising for a few years to do repairs on the house. I see the sign is longer there, I guess they didn’t get very far. On the other side of the world, my husband arrived safely and surprised his mom. She knew he was coming, but didn’t know the exact date. He never wants to tell her so he can surprise her. My brother in law arrived from Belgium later in the evening and my husband surprised him when he went to pick him up at the airport, my brother in law thought my husband was arriving the following week. My husband recorded the whole thing unbeknownst to his brother and put it on face book. It was hysterical. Of course he made fun of him…brothers…!
Also, good news..it finally rained in Rhodes..yesterday, today and apparently tomorrow too. Well needed for the olives since it hasn’t rained since March.
