Possibly seeing double

It's been the first cold day of the year, so I had to do battle to figure out how to switch the heating on with the new wifi controller that doesn't actually work properly yet. I managed to get it on for an hour this afternoon.

Plenty of domestic "sorting out". Piles of laundry. Changing the duvet for a warmer one. Removing some dust which was appallingly visible in this morning's sunshine. Fetching milk before breakfast from the local shop. And then later meeting H and D, Tain friends, for a pizza followed by a visit to Campervan Brewery taproom. For some reason, our supping of Campervan brewery products and then sending a photograph of this to N and A in Tain seemed to provoke an outbreak of resentment at the "metropolitan elitists" supping their "poncy nitrostouts" and making fun of their "highland cousins". I really don't get it :-/ !!!!! (in case anyone anyone takes me too seriously)

Anyway, the home of the poncy nitrostouts also supplied my blip. I had to check I hadn't imbibed so much that I was seeing double.
