Lemon Drizzle Cake

A morning in spent in the kitchen baking and making some sweet mincemeat for some mince pies to be made closer to Christmas.  

It's a while since I posted a kitchen blip.  This depth of field is a bit too narrow but by the time I had uploaded the image to the computer, the slices of cake had been eaten!!
