Honestly

this is something I do not see very often - these little honesty seed heads were given to me this morning as I'd mentioned to one of the other swimmers I 'did' seed heads.  I'll plant some of the seeds and see if I can grown them in my little patch!
Been another grey and damp day, so at home hugging a hot water bottle.....
Had a lovely swim earlier and a coffee and catch up this morning.
