Hot chocolate with extra cream

Once a month I pick I up from school and look after her, taking her to the bookclub at Booka bookshop in the town.  It costs £10 for the book, discusion and a drink.

She always chooses hot chocolate so took her purse out and paid the money.  Then she said to the lady behind the counter "I've just found 3p in my purse, can I pay  for extra cream please?"  They gave her the extra cream but wouldn't take the 3p!
