Strategy

Where would we be without multicoloured post-its? This was the result of a focus group session on a new strategy. I pity the person who has to collate all this feedback. 
Snow showers through the day mixed with rain. 
As part of Green Week, I took part in a meditative walk at lunchtime. It was cold and wet but we spent 15 minutes walking on our own and observing with one of our senses at a time (we didn't taste the foliage). It was a calming exercise and I watched leaves fall, listened to the patter of the rain, appreciated a Robin's song, stroked fluffy grass plumes and watched blackbirds scoffing berries. 
I was very cold as we walked back to the Library but it did set me up for 2 hrs of bibliometrics teaching in the afternoon.
