Robin Redbreast

Today's the day ...................... to stick around

I may be completely wrong - but I think that this may well be the robin that appeared here as a woebegone fledgling back in July of this year.

Since that early appearance on the scene, he has stuck around in the garden.  I've watched him slowly get his proper 'redbreast'  feathers and grow in confidence till he has acquired that typical bossy robin attitude.  Of course, I'm saying 'he' but perhaps it's a 'she' - I think it is quite hard to tell the difference!

It's very nice to have an 'in-house' robin of either variety in the garden - and I'm hoping he/she sticks around for the duration .....................!
