Snowy Swim

Laura and I went up to Cowbury this morning for a very chilly swim. There was still quite a bit of snow around and the air temp was -2º so it was difficult getting in. The water was definitely colder than Sunday, but we were in for at least fifteen minutes. We struggled getting dressed as our fingers were numb, but we had some of Laura's homemade flapjack, our hot drinks and lots of laughs. 

We then went to Janine's and met up with her and Julie, then we headed to a great cafe for lunch. We sat there for at least a couple of hours whilst we ate, drank tea and chatted none stop. What a lovely day with lovely friends.
