I'm on the top of the world..

Well, the top of Dumfries and Galloway actually! It's my birthday today and I decided to climb Merrick (843m), in the Galloway Hills. These hills have such wonderful names, Merrick being part of the Range of the Awful Hand. The day was sunny and warm, and I only met one other walker with his Border Collie. For the rest of the day it was just me and the birds.
