Enjoying the Sunshine

Still cold, just a few degrees, but dry, bright and sunny, so we decided it was too good to stay at home doing the things we should have been doing. Thetford Forest was our original choice, but after we set off we changed our minds and went to Ickworth Park instead. A lovely walk, just over 5 miles, gorgeous Autumn colour - I didn't actually take many photos, just enjoyed the experience. My plan was to just look for small details - hence the mistletoe on hawthorn in the extras - but seem to have selected longer views for the main & the other extra. I waited for the horse & rider to reach one gap in the hedge and suddenly two other people appeared in the other one, where the bridge & footpath cross the stream. The second extra shows the estate church, the walled garden and the Rotunda, part of Ickworth House, all slightly hazy in the afternoon sunshine (and from quite a distance away!).
