Marjorie's ramblings

Blue hour in Corbridge

My days are pretty similar, but I wasn't keen to get up this morning. It was very COLD but there was no snow. My Mum would have said that it was too cold to snow today.

I was at the hospital early. This was good because the consultant ward round was early. Margret's medication for the involuntary movements has been increased and the blood pressure medication decreased.

I met up with Kay and Eric and we had coffee and a chat outside the NVS (used to be WRVS). They have a half decent coffee machine.

It was great to see them because I have not been out walking for a while.

Margret had a walk with the physio. She wobbled all over, but walked better a few minutes later with a nurse.

Thankfully the hospital car parking is still not working, so I parked for free.

Margret told me that my fleecy hat did not go with my coat. I disagree!!

Liz called this afternoon for a quick cuppa and chat, then I was off to Corbridge for a hygienist appointment at the dentist. All was well, although it's hard to relax when those little sharp probes are going around your gums!!

It was very dark but the Christmas lights are up so I grabbed this shot in the centre of the village.
