Had a good nights sleep apart from wakening up periodically with a very dry mouth and an aching head mainly at the forehead.

Feel so weak but at least now I’m in recovery mode with no horror symptoms of the NV left. Had a cuppa and a rice cake and then started to get hungry around 1 o’clock . S had been to the butcher and got chicken fillets so he popped them in the roast in the bag with some herby stuff . Had a fillet with carrots brocolli and tats and it was like a Christmas dinner. Devoured!

Had a sleep afterwards. Slept on and off most of the day keeping cosy in bed.

Still feel wobbly. I washed my face and brushed my teeth that made a slight difference!

Lucca popped up for a quick hello. She not like Breagha who would cuddle in on the bed if you were ill.

Kept thinking of the horror journey home!
