More foraging

I decided to walk up into the woods on the other side of our valley this morning to look for more mushrooms. I only found one milk cap but I found three parasols and a couple of field mushrooms. The red mushroom is a russule.  I suspect this is the one that makes you sick so I won’t be eating it! I had the milk cap on toast for lunch. Delicious! There were not enough takers for the afternoon tennis practice, but I will knock a few balls tomorrow. Instead, I made some squash soup as we have friends coming round tomorrow evening.
