Domes over Chania

A view I love lots from the near neighbourhood of Sweetheart... I've blipped them before, in Spring some years ago, and now Autumn shows from the yellow leaves. 

I had to get up the stairway leading up to a house, so I do envy this view what they have from their house! Up front the dome of the Agios Spyridon church and a little further the dome of the Agios Pavlos and Agios Petros church. There are numerous churches here in town and all across the island of Crete.

Today Sweetheart fell ill with an infection of sorts and he started some antibiotics and was confined to his lazy chair and bed; so I kept an eye on him. Weird he developped such out of the blue. 
This morning I took our friends the newly weds up to the airport, as they'll be visiting their relatives from overseas the coming 2 months. Today I fed their cats and tomorrow I must go up to Iraklion to fetch my son for his duty of looking after those cats here! Sweetheart was to come with me, but now I don't know if that's to happen for real tomorrow; we'll see how he is then.
