Ready, steady, cook

Luscious stuff direct from the potager. Good-for-you food. The pak choi, chop suey greens, courgettes, oions, peppers, carrots, chilli, coriander and some chicken became a kind of nasi goreng with the addition of some cooked rice and noodles. I'll think of something to do with the tomatoes and remaining courgettes tomorrow.

For now I am absolutely wiped. Another early start tomorrow tool
