Busy Bee

Such a super, relaxing day. Woke up and got up at 7.30am (good for me on a day off). I was sat on the swing chair in the garden by 8.04am!! I wound up being outdoors for 12 hours....what do you expect a person to do when they are normally cooped up in an office. Spent the day reading, watching nature and snooping (sleeping). Had a walk up the beach and a paddle later, it was lovely and warm.

Exciting moment of the day was that whilst I was sat in the garden watching the sparrows nibbling and squabbling over the nuts in the bird feeders, a sparrow hawk swooped in and kidnapped it's namesake right in front of my eyes! It was so fast it was incredible! Made a change from watching seagulls and frisky pigeons!

Off up to Priory Church tomorrow on a photography workshop with Akasha (sister). It's celebrating 900 years and putting on various courses. There's a wedding on in the afternoon as well, so be interesting to see what shots I get!
