Broken Seal…

… I make a fair amount of soup in my old liquidiser.
Lately I thought I was being careless, because there is always a little puddle when I pour it out. Himself (more eagle-eyed) noticed the many cracks in the seal… ‘Oh well, that’s the end of my liquidiser’, I thought (ever the optimist). Himself (more of a researcher and infinitely more patient than me) found the exact replacement seal, on the website dedicated to the product (which starts with a K).

The kingly price for the seal? £2.50 (and ten percent off for Black Friday!).
The whole machine belonged to my Mum, she gave it to me when she was too poorly to use it. I think it’s about 50 years old!

A pretty good investment I’d say?! And second to none after sales service! :-)
