It’s a wicked day

Martin and I met our friends Sarah and Stewart at Vue, Ocean Terminal, to see the new ‘Wicked’ film, followed by lunch at Frankie and Benny’s. 

We had some trepidation over seeing the film especially, as it only seems to cover the first half of the stage show (part 2 is arriving November 2025) yet has a 2 hour 40 minutes running time. 

However, it was a most enjoyable film and didn’t see  to last two long and the two leads, Cynthia Enrivo (Elphaba) and Ariana Grande (Glenda) were amazing. Well worth seeing and shame we have to wait till the end of next year to see the rest.

Now back home, I hope the snow hasn’t inconvenienced you too much. It’s just a bit soggy with us.
