We've had a very quiet and slow day here, most unlike us! Ben was really good this morning, happy and chatty, telling me all about school and life, just really engaged.  We popped to the local shop, did a little walk for the dog and baked some cookies and this afternoon we've been playing board games next to the log burner, it's really the only option when it's so chilly outside.  Ben's been a bit more grumpy as the day's gone on and his insulin pump his doing something weird, so his blood sugars are high but let's focus on the positives :-/
Next up.. Sausage and mash for a Comfort Food Tea :-)
