First snowfall

We awoke this morning to our first snowfall of the season - just a generous dusting on the grass and shrubs and trees, it didn’t settle on the patio or the roads. It was enough to make everywhere pretty though, so after breakfast I went outside, front and back taking photos. The rest of the morning was dull, but by the afternoon there were a few peeks of sun. Then it was back to furniture moving and carpet cleaning! When R picked up the cleaner for me yesterday, he discovered it was only $10 to keep it for a second day, so first thing we moved the lighter things from the living room into the dining room, and I cleaned that, then I did two of the bedrooms and the landing.
In the evening we went out to hand bell practice, but didn’t stay for choir since we won’t be there this weekend.
