"If I sit here you can't get any of your clothes out to pack them"

I had no Achilles after effects following my cautious run (slide) round the park yesterday so decided to go for a trail run round the local hills and woodland this morning. It was quite slow, not only because of the wind, mud and fallen trees (there were three news ones and lots of debris) but also as one of my fellow runners is 22 weeks pregnant (with twins) and was struggling a bit on the slidey bits. I didn't mind the slow. The best news is, I can still walk!  Hopefully this is the start of my recovery, I'm very excited.

Sunday sausages for tea as Himself has a bug* and is sprawled all over the sofa moping around feeling sorry for himself.

*Definitely the most severe case of Manflu known to humankind.
