Thrashed
Scotland has a good rugby team, and Australia weren't up for today's match at Murrayfield, so got a real hiding. 27-13 flattered Australia, as Scotland were 27-6 up (4-0 in tries) with six minutes to play. All this, and the crowd singing "Flower of Scotland" in the second half, made for a memorable sporting experience.
Earlier, I'd walked Django to Roslin, returning on the bus. I thought I had plenty of time to relax, shower, put up the washing, and wash up, but in the end it was a bit tight getting to Murrayfield for kick-off!
With their cricketers being thrashed by India, it's been a bad day for Australian sport, but who can sympathise!
