Life's Little Moments

Rolling...

I was uninspired today, photographically speaking.  And for the umpteenth time in the last few months, I contemplated finally, after all these years, missing a day of photography.  And then this toy of Jax's caught my eye and it was worth taking a few pictures.  It is made of soft rubber and is about 6-7 inches in diameter.  So, not only is a good ball, but it also double as a tug-toy.  This is a fairly new addition to toy box; the last time I bought one of these, several years ago, he had managed to destroy it in a day.  But, he's less dedicated about chewing now and this has been in service for several weeks, looking no worse for the wear.

Had a nice long FT chat with parents today, both looking well.  Hubs and his sister drove out to Long Island to visit their mother's grave ahead of the holiday this week.  Jax, Charlie and I are keeping the sofa warm.   Planning a big, fresh Greek salad for dinner tonight - light and easy.

Hubs and I started watching "Tulsa King" (another Taylor Sheridan series) last night.  It's entertaining and rather funny.  Also a reminder that Sylvester Stallone is not really a very good actor.  Still, he's well suited to the role in this case.  And it does check the box for "mindless entertainment".

Racing towards Thanksgiving...
